Pineapple-coconut drink





I usually make fruit smoothies for my kids.  I just add whatever fruit I have and blend it all together.  My son wanted one today, but I was a bit bored with the all fruit smoothies so I made this instead.  He loved it.  :)


1-2 bananas
1 20 oz. can of pineapple chunks in juice (not syrup)
1 13.5 oz. can of coconut milk


1. In a blender add the banana and pineapple chunks w/ juice.  Blend for a couple seconds.


2. Add coconut milk and blend until just mixed.  Enjoy at room temp. or chill in the fridge for a while for best results.
