Another mishap

zucchini bread

This is my attempt at gluten-free zucchini bread.  It looks pretty normal, right?  Don't be fooled.  It's not.  My family claims it tasted ok, but what I saw was the doughy center that just didn't seem to want to bake right.  I'm going to have to go back and try again.  Hopefully, the next attempt will work better and be post-worthy.
