what is that?!
Ok..so, these are supposed to be cranberry/raisin oatmeal cookies. As you can see, that is not what they turned out to be. This was my first attempt to bake gluten-free last year. I was completely unaware of xanthum gum at that time. The cookies did not stay together. They just became this big gooey mess, so we just scraped the whole lot into a casserole dish. They tasted good, but looked slightly frightening. I also made a batch of regular flour cookies, so let me now show you what they are supposed to look like. |

These are the regular flour cookies. Also very tasty and they have an actual cookie shape. I have not tried to make these gluten free again. I will have to try and let you know how it goes. If they are successful, I will post the recipe. :)
