Saute Chicken and Veggies

Saute Chicken and Veggies

For a quick and easy yet filling meal, I saute some chicken and usually some type of pepper and onions together and wrap them in a flour tortilla along with some other goodies.  It's a nice fajita-style meal that my family loves.  

6 chicken thighs, cut into chunks
1 yellow bell pepper, green pepper, and onion, sliced
1/2 to 1 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 to 1 tsp minced garlic


1. On medium-high heat saute chicken.  Add veggies and saute with chicken.  


2. Add seasoned salt, onion powder, and garlic.  Add a little water to the pan so the chicken and veggies don't stick.  


3. Saute until veggies are tender crisp. 


4. Place chicken and veggies  in a flour tortilla along with other goodies of your choice.


Possible goodies:  chopped tomatoes, sliced avocados, shredded cheese, sour cream, shredded lettuce...etc.
