I made this egg dish to go along with the Foul.  Both are typical breakfast foods, but I made them for dinner because who doesn't like breakfast for dinner? :) Again, my kids loved it.  My daughter (she is the picky eater in the family) ate all the peppers and tomatoes.  I got the recipe from www.yasalamcooking.com. I have actually gotten many of the Arabic recipes from her blog.  I changed the recipe a bit to make it my own but not enough for me to comfortably post it as an isa recipe.  If you want the original recipe you can check out her blog.  You can find it under Saudi foods.  This dish also tastes yummy with warmed pita.
