I was shopping with a friend at one of the Asian markets in Houston, and I happened to spot this. I love this brand of soy sauce..it's what I always use. As anyone that can't eat gluten or wheat knows, soy sauce contains some wheat. Therefore, I was pretty excited when I saw this. I haven't cooked with it yet, but I did taste it and it seemed fine. I'm looking forward to cooking with it.
